The historical roots of Ayurvedic medicine can be traced back over 3000 years. Ayurveda has developed into a complete, holistic system of healing that provides proof of the advantages of cow ghee that was produced using the traditional Bilona (wooden churner) process. The process of making ghee strengthens Ojas (vital life energy), which is the foundation of the immune system. Cow ghee also encourages optimal health and aids in managing disease. Cow ghee has fat-soluble vitamins (A, B, D, E, and K) and antioxidants, as well as fat content that is beneficial for both physical and mental well-being. Cow ghee has been used for hundreds of years to treat different health problems naturally, and its benefits have continued to be shared through the teachings of traditional Ayurvedic practitioners throughout the years.
